THE CHATEAU
Château de Monboucher is a wonderful hideaway in a green oasis with fresh restful air. The château, surrounded by a 23-hectare park, is located in the Périgord near Bergerac (8 km), Monbazillac (8 km) and Saint-Emilion (46 km).
Key transport links: Daily flights & trains from Bordeaux or Bergerac Airport with connections to London, Rotterdam, Brussels and other European destinations.
The charming Château, the Orangerie, the Pavillon and the Longère all offer spacious apartments from 50 to 275 m², where the finish can still be partially determined. In addition, you can rent suites for friends and family on a temporary basis.
Owners enjoy use of shared areas such as the chateau kitchen, the lounge, the library and also the wine cellar and the impressive vaulted cellar with room for up to 100 guests.
In addition to the residential buildings, the former 750 m² horse stables and agricultural machinery hangars offer various future possibilities for use, such as a car pavilion and workshop for vehicle lovers, or studios for joint/individual development.
The gardens of Château de Monboucher naturally offer extensive space for individual gardening, as well as complementary retreats within the estate.
With two golf clubs in the immediate vicinity, the Château de Monboucher is a paradise for ambitious golfers and wellness enthusiasts.
